We do not collect your name, email address, physical address, payment details, or any user account credentials — Minesite has no login system or accounts.
All submitted content (seeds, servers, etc.) is reviewed before being shown publicly, and you remain anonymous unless you voluntarily include personal details in your submission (which we discourage).
PURPOSE & LIMITS
- To operate the site — deliver pages, improve performance, and fix technical issues.
- To moderate community content — review submissions to prevent spam, abuse, or off-topic posts.
- To protect the community — detect and block malicious traffic or mass spam attempts.
- To improve the experience — analyze anonymous trends (most visited pages, region distribution) without identifying individuals.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Your data is never used for behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking, or marketing profiles.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
To enhance functionality, Minesite relies on a few trusted external services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

Minesite does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that store personal identifiers. We respect your privacy from the start.
- No authentication cookies — because we don’t have accounts.
- No third-party tracking scripts (like Google Analytics).
- Local storage is never used to collect or transmit personal data to us. Any temporary data stored in your browser is for functional reasons (e.g., remembering your preferred skin editor settings) and never leaves your device.
You can clear your browser’s local storage or cookies at any time without affecting core functionality.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Minesite is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal data (for instance, via a seed submission), please contact us immediately, and we will delete that information.
HOW WE PROTECT DATA

- Server logs are pseudonymized and retained for a limited period (typically 30 days).
- Submitted content is reviewed by moderators before publication to prevent abuse.
